This striking vintage Lane Staccato brutalist MCM buffet is one of the most actively collected and sought after mid-century modern case pieces on the secondary market today. The Lane Staccato collection is celebrated for its bold, graphic patchwork block design that draws direct comparison to the sculptural brutalist furniture of Paul Evans, making every piece in the line a genuinely collectible find.
The mosaic block front construction creates a rich, dimensional surface texture that gives this buffet an almost sculptural quality, turning a functional storage piece into a genuine work of furniture art. The warm walnut tones and confident brutalist sensibility work beautifully across mid-century modern, eclectic, maximalist, and design-forward interior schemes.
At 66" wide this buffet offers generous everyday storage and display surface capacity, making it as practical as it is striking. The recessed plinth base gives the piece a grounded, architectural quality that is characteristic of the Staccato collection at its best.
