This elegant vintage Henredon Louis XV French Provincial writing desk is a beautifully crafted and collectible home office and accent find. The graceful cabriole legs, ornate brass pull, scalloped apron, and raised gallery top edge are all classically considered Louis XV details that speak to the refined decorative vocabulary of French Provincial furniture at its finest.
Henredon is one of the most respected and collectible American furniture brands, known for exceptional construction quality and faithful interpretation of traditional European furniture styles. A Louis XV writing desk of this proportion, detailing, and brand pedigree is a particularly appealing and hard to find vintage find.
The compact footprint works beautifully as a writing desk, laptop desk, vanity, or decorative accent table in a bedroom, home office, living room, or entryway. A natural fit for French Provincial, traditional, transitional, and grandmillennial inspired interiors.
