This handsome vintage Drexel transitional MCM nine drawer dresser is a beautifully crafted and highly collectible American bedroom find. Drexel is one of the most respected and sought after American furniture brands of the mid-century era, celebrated for exceptional construction quality, honest hardwood materials, and a design vocabulary that bridges classic traditional sensibilities with clean mid-century modern lines.
The transitional character of this dresser makes it a particularly versatile piece, comfortable in traditional, MCM, and contemporary bedroom settings without feeling out of place in any of them. Nine generous drawers across a commanding 72" width offer exceptional everyday bedroom storage in a well-proportioned lowboy profile.
The construction and the quality of materials and hardware consistent with Drexel's production standards give this dresser the kind of solid, lasting character that keeps these pieces in circulation and in demand decades after they were made.
